Mr. Kwakwa-Sarpong is a highly accomplished insurance professional with over sixteen (16) years of experience in the Ghanaian insurance industry, including approximately ten (10) years in senior executive and management roles within general insurance operations. He brings to Donewell a strong blend of technical expertise, leadership, strategic thinking and industry-wide engagement.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Administration (Insurance) from the University of Ghana, a Commonwealth Executive MBA from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, an Advanced Diploma in Insurance from the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), and a Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters (UK). 

Mr. Kwakwa-Sarpong is a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana and a Fellow of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK), underscoring his professional standing and commitment to the highest standards of insurance practice.

His professional career spans underwriting, claims, reinsurance, operations, business development, training, and digital transformation. Notably, he previously served as Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer of Sunu Assurances Ghana Ltd, where he oversaw company-wide operations and led several process and technology-driven reforms. He has also held senior technical leadership roles at Prime Insurance Ltd and Star Assurance Ltd.

In addition to his corporate experience, Mr. Kwakwa-Sarpong is actively involved in insurance education and capacity building, serving as a part-time Assistant Lecturer at the Ghana Insurance College and as a Lead Trainer and Consultant supporting industry practitioners.
